It provides secure mobile group messaging capabilities linked directly to our Information Systems, facilitating communication between staff and with travelers.

Key features include:

• Set Up Alerts & Updates – Ensures continuous connectivity with real-time notifications.
• Pop-up Notifications – Delivers immediate alerts for incoming messages, maintaining prompt awareness.
• Advanced Delivery Notification – Provides detailed message status updates, including sent, delivered, read, or expired indicators.
• Fallback to SMS – Guarantees message delivery by automatically switching to SMS when internet transmission fails.
• Files & Attachments – Supports receipt of multimedia content such as images, videos, audio files, and location data.
